Fractional & Interim Executives

No matter the size, structure, type or age of a company there will likely come a time for the need for financial services support.  This could be due to a vacancy in C Suite, planned or unplanned, a newly merged or acquired company in need of temporary leadership, an upgrade in leadership for transaction readiness or post transaction for finite period of time.

Companies need rapid and flexible support from proven C level executives who can hit the ground running with operational and financial expertise and targeted financial skills.  The need may require an Interim CFO or controller full-time for a finite period; or perhaps a fractional CFO or controller to address key events as a CEO’s financial and business partner working on a part-time basis.

At AC Lordi our team members have the ability to rapidly assess a situation, provide smooth integration into the organization and the experience, operational insight, readiness and overall business judgment and know how to drive results.

Some of the many ways our professionals can help you include:

  • Accounting functions
  • Business processes improvements
  • Forecasting and modeling
  • Intellectual capital
  • Mergers and Acquisitions
  • Optimizing capital structure
  • Reporting, compliance and documentation
  • Sale or succession of a business
  • Strategic financial planning
  • Turn-around activities

The AC Lordi Office of the CFO team has decades of CFO and Controller experience in a breadth of industries and can fit seamlessly into a corporate culture while providing the necessary knowledge to exceed client goals and expectations.
