A Growing History and Expanding Reach
AC Lordi traces its roots of offering outstanding consulting services as far back as 1990. In 2005 its parent company, AC Lordi Corporation, received a $25 million equity investment to replicate its successful business model nationwide and to become the premiere accounting consulting and staffing solution in the country. The firm's strategy is to create a national footprint by entering key markets through the acquisition of additional staffing and accounting consulting firms as well as organic growth. Its first acquisitions, Philadelphia-based Lordi Consulting LLC and Peopleflex, were highly successful regional firms that offered expert financial and accounting services and temporary and permanent staffing for accounting and finance needs, respectively. These companies provided the blueprint for the establishment of our new subsidiaries with complementary service offerings and a focus on local-market expertise. In 2006, AC Lordi Consulting moved into Northern California with the acquisition of A4C of San Francisco and opened an office in Dallas, TX.
