John Dorsam and Rob Fenton Named Principals

WEST CHESTER, PA - (April 18, 2005) - Lordi Consulting, one of the fastest growing accounting services firms in Philadelphia, announced today the appointment of prominent area business leaders John Dorsam and Rob Fenton to principal.

Dorsam, the former Corporate Controller of Rohm & Haas, assumes leadership of the company's Internal Audit practice supporting internal audit outsourcing and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance initiatives for some of the region's largest and fastest growing publicly-traded companies. Dorsam has thirty years of experience in corporate and operational accounting, financial reporting, business process controls, and internal auditing for multinational and entrepreneurial organizations. He previously served as the Corporate Controller and Director of Internal Audit for Himont and has worked for Coopers & Lybrand. Dorsam holds a BS in Accounting from St. Vincent College and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Fenton is the former Corporate Controller for both Case New Holland (CNH) and Saint-Gobain Corporation. His role finds him leading the Accounting Outsourcing practice, which provides accounting, reporting and transactional support services to clients ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500. Fenton's management and global corporate experience includes overseeing accounting, financial reporting, planning, and analysis for publicly-traded companies, as well as providing due diligence and post-acquisition integration for 25 companies with a total transaction value of over $1.5 billion. Fenton is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University with a BS and Masters in Economics.
