John Dorsam is a Principal with nearly 30 years of experience in accounting and reporting, auditing, and financial systems for multinational organizations. He helped develop the company's compliance methodology to identify, document and test entity and process level controls and oversees all of the company's Sarbanes-Oxley engagements. Prior to joining AC Lordi Consulting, he worked as Corporate Controller for Rohm & Haas, leading accounting functions for this global organization with $5 billion in revenues and overseeing 350 professionals. He served as the primary financial architect for the financial systems design during SAP configuration. John started his career at Coopers & Lybrand and also served as the Director of Internal Audit for Himont and Hercules where he led the development of the Internal Audit function. John graduated from St. Vincent College with a BS in Accounting.
